General Maintenance Operative – Boutique Hotel

About the role
We are seeking a reliable, practical individual to join the maintenance team at a leading luxury boutique hotel in Ireland. The role is hands‑on, providing general maintenance support across the hotel and company‑owned residential properties.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine general property maintenance and minor repairs.
- Assist the in‑house carpenter, plumber and painter with their tasks.
- Provide maintenance cover for company‑owned residential properties.
- Respond promptly to day‑to‑day maintenance issues throughout the working day.
Required profile
- Practical, can‑do attitude.
- Some maintenance or property experience (hotel or hospitality experience is a plus).
- Full clean driving licence.
- Willingness to work a 7‑day roster, including weekends.
