General Operative – Production Team (Tullamore)

About the role

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our production team at Sofina Foods’ Tullamore site. In this role you will help deliver high‑quality meat products by assisting with preparation, packaging and maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products in line with quality and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within the work area.
• Support consistent product quality through careful attention to detail.
• Be flexible with shift patterns and available for overtime as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic with good organisational skills.
• Team player with positive interpersonal skills.
• Quality‑focused with an eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.
• Flexible and available to work both day and evening shifts, including overtime.
