General Operator (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a General Operator to join our evening shift team at our facility in Spiddal, Galway. The role supports our lean manufacturing system and ensures high standards of quality, safety and cleanliness in a GMP‑controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all duties assigned by the Supervisor and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets.
• Set up machines, care for equipment and handle asset maintenance in job‑specific areas.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to GMP, cleanroom and gowning procedures, maintaining a clean and safe workplace (5S).
• Comply with Integer Ireland Limited behavioural and quality standards.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent education.
• Strong attention to detail and a conscientious work ethic.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and a solid performance record.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic PC operation.
