General Operator – Evening Shift

About the role

Integer Ireland Limited is seeking a General Operator for the evening shift at its Spiddal, Galway facility. The role involves supporting a lean manufacturing environment, adhering to quality and safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all duties assigned by the Supervisor, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Breakdown Sheets (JBSs).
• Set up machines, care for equipment, and ensure proper documentation of production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and maintain compliance with GMP and clean‑room requirements.
• Follow gowning procedures, uphold 5S housekeeping standards, and manage chemical controls.
• Support a safe and clean working environment while adhering to Integer Ireland Limited’s behavioural standards.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent education.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
