Graduate Conflicts Analyst – Legal Risk Team

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Conflicts Analyst to join the Risk and Client Acceptance team of a leading Dublin law firm. Reporting to senior risk and professional standards lawyers as well as the Business Acceptance Manager, you will help safeguard the firm’s compliance with professional standards and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct conflict searches, analyse results and flag potential issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing mandates.
• Liaise with partners and lawyers to resolve conflicts arising from scope changes.
• Support firm‑wide training on conflicts, compliance policies and information barriers.
• Maintain accurate records, produce regular reports and manage related administration.
• Perform database searches to meet regulatory obligations and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• 6‑12 months experience in a legal, compliance or professional‑services environment.
• Previous customer‑facing or public‑service experience.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent training.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and client‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Intapp or similar onboarding/compliance tools (desirable).
