Graduate Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Design Engineer to join our product engineering team. You will work onsite in Little Island, reporting directly to the Product Engineering Manager, and support the development of specialised HVAC and cooling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the engineering team in developing design concepts for speciality AHU, IEC, DEC and CDU units.
• Verify and select components such as coils, compressors, fans, dampers, actuators, filters and louvres.
• Prepare and review technical documentation including installation and maintenance manuals, spare‑parts lists, technical submittals, drawings, component selections and unit datasheets.
• Assist the Application Engineering team with tender submissions, reviewing specifications and compiling technical responses.
• Ensure designs comply with approved project specifications and coordinate with production for seamless manufacturing integration.
• Maintain consistent quality and design standards across all projects for the customer.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Graduate (or recent graduate) in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Willingness to work fully onsite at the Little Island location.

Required skills

• Component selection expertise (coils, compressors, fans, dampers, actuators, filters, louvres).
• Technical documentation preparation and review (manuals, submittals, drawings, datasheets).
• Experience with tender and specification review processes.
