Graduate Project Manager – Electrical Background

About the role

Huawei Europe is offering a Graduate Project Manager position for candidates with an electrical engineering background, based in Dublin, Ireland. This role is part of Huawei’s Fresh Graduate Program and provides exposure to telecom projects and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules.
• Organise, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Determine project changes and provide administrative support as needed.
• Undertake project tasks and develop project strategies.
• Assess project risks and issues and propose solutions.
• Manage stakeholder views toward optimal solutions.
• Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to all team members.
• Create a project‑management calendar to achieve goals and objectives.

Required profile

• Valid working visa (EU nationality, Stamp 1g, etc.).
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Competency in Microsoft Word.
• Competency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competency in Microsoft Outlook.
