About the role
Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Group Pensions Administrator to support its Corporate Life & Pensions team. The role can be part‑time or full‑time and focuses on delivering excellent service to corporate pension clients.
Key responsibilities
- Administer corporate pension schemes, including set‑up, monthly contributions and annual renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a customer‑first approach.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM and Marketing teams within Corporate Life & Pensions.
Required profile
- Third‑level qualification.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Numerical ability and knowledge of defined contribution pension schemes.
- Familiarity with pension and revenue requirements is desirable.
