Health & Safety Advisor – Construction Projects

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading Irish contractor on a flagship residential development in Dublin City. The role involves ensuring compliance with Irish health and safety legislation across multiple construction sites.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Support site management teams on all health & safety matters.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses.
- Prepare, review and manage RAMS and related safety documentation.
- Maintain accurate H&S records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction health & safety role.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction health & safety legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Full clean driving licence.
