About the role

Join Wilde, a fast‑growing aparthotel operator, as a Housekeeping Team Member. You will work in a dynamic, high‑pace environment, helping to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas across our European properties.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping team in following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet Wilde’s quality benchmarks.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including linen handling, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to uphold environmental and social sustainability criteria such as Green Key.
• Represent Wilde positively as a brand ambassador, interacting courteously with guests and colleagues.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, adaptability and willingness to respond quickly to feedback and guest needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑moving hospitality setting.
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not mandatory; full training will be provided.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Understanding of SOP compliance and quality inspection.
