Inside Sales Executive – French Bilingual (Airbnb Project)

About the role

MarketStar is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join a new project focused on recruiting hosts for a leading hospitality platform. The role involves B2B outreach to small‑medium enterprises and sole traders, with fast sales cycles of up to one week.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential new customers and hosts.
• Initiate contact via email, phone, or social media.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess interest and suitability.
• Manage ongoing communications until prospects become customers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and Google Docs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment, retail sales, cold calling, insurance, telecoms, utilities, or B2C/B2B sales development.
• French language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Google Docs for data management.
• Familiarity with phone and video‑conference tools.
