Inside Sales Representative (French)

About the role
Cohesity is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who speaks French to drive revenue in the Irish market. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to generate and qualify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals for our AI‑powered data security SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach (phone, email, meetings) to create new sales opportunities.
- Perform discovery conversations to uncover prospect needs, pain points, and decision timelines.
- Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and craft tailored engagement strategies using tools such as HG Insights, Marketo, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Outreach and LinkedIn.
- Build relationships with partners, train them on Cohesity’s SaaS value, and collaborate on pipeline creation.
- Partner with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Sales Leadership to execute go‑to‑market plans, prioritize accounts, and advance qualified opportunities.
- Own a territory of SMB/commercial accounts, maintain a rolling 3‑month pipeline equal to 6× quarterly quota, achieve quarterly targets, and pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
- Deliver product demos, stay current on product capabilities, industry trends, and competitor positioning.
- Analyze outreach performance, suggest optimizations, and mentor SDRs and Sales Associates.
Required profile
- Based in Dublin, Ireland and legally eligible to work full‑time long‑term.
- Self‑motivated with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
