Junior Consultant – Full Training Provided

About the role

We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our team as Junior Consultants. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive a structured training programme that takes you from day‑one to fully operational, working with healthcare clients across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen CVs and interview candidates for our healthcare clients.
• Guide candidates through certification, compliance and onboarding processes.
• Book shifts for placed candidates and earn commission on each shift booked.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and client interactions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of post‑education experience in any field.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa, based in or willing to relocate to Dublin.
• Ambitious, coachable and motivated by clear targets and results.
