Junior Installation Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Installation Project Manager to join our growing Installation team in Athy. This development role offers hands‑on experience in coordinating customer installation projects, working closely with subcontractors, and supporting site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate installation project schedules and resources.
• Liaise with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress, milestones and deliverables.
• Support site visits and on‑site installation activities.
• Assist with RAMS, safety documentation and site inductions.
• Maintain accurate project records and produce regular reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience in an administrative, operational, coordination, construction or installation‑related role.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop into a Project Manager.
• Full clean Irish driving licence (preferred).
