Junior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client‑side construction project management team in Dublin. This graduate‑level position offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, from hotels and apartments to healthcare and mixed‑use developments, supporting senior colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior Quantity Surveyors on multiple concurrent projects.
• Support project managers with site visits, project monitoring and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in estimating, contract preparation and procurement of packages.
• Help manage supply‑chain packages, price variations and the procurement of plant, materials and labour.
• Contribute to valuations, final accounts and the overall financial control of projects.

Required profile

• Minimum degree qualification (or higher).
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commercial awareness, motivation and a desire to progress professionally.
