We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our Galway restaurant. You will support the chefs, keep the kitchen spotless, and help deliver a safe, high‑quality dining experience. No prior experience is required – a positive attitude and love for food are key.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the kitchen for the day, assist with food prep and step in wherever needed.
• Follow cleaning checklists to ensure every surface, tool and corner is spotless.
• Adhere to prep procedures and kitchen SOPs for smooth operations.
• Comply with food safety and allergen standards at all times.
• Support health and safety practices alongside the General Manager.
• Assist the wider team during busy periods, especially the lunch rush.
