Key responsibilities

• Follow all food safety protocols and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
• Maintain a spotless kitchen, sanitising equipment and work surfaces regularly.
• Identify allergens and prepare dishes safely for all customers.
• Use prep sheets to execute accurate, consistent food preparation.
• Focus on taste and presentation, adhering to menu specifications.
• Follow standard operating procedures for efficient, consistent service.
• Assist the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation, and overall kitchen operations.
• Step in wherever needed during busy periods to support the service line.
