Legal Intern – Full‑time On‑site Position

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Cabra office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. This position offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of legal matters within a well‑established general‑practice firm.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls, providing professional client service.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry.
• Assist lawyers in managing case files and tracking deadlines.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and schedule meetings.
• Support the day‑to‑day operations of the firm while receiving on‑the‑job training across various practice areas.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year law student seeking a professional qualification.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organized with the capacity to multitask.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
