About the role
We are seeking a qualified Life Actuary or actuarial professional with strong IT and programming expertise to join our innovative team in Dublin. The role blends actuarial knowledge with end‑to‑end system development, allowing you to shape automation, maintenance and reporting solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain actuarial systems using R, Python, C++ and other languages.
- Gather data, implement calculations, and produce accurate reports for life insurance products.
- Drive automation initiatives and document system changes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on transformation projects.
Required profile
- Qualified actuary or actuarial exam stopper.
- Strong understanding of the actuarial system development life‑cycle.
- Ability to work independently and influence technical direction.
Required skills
- R programming language.
- Python programming language.
- C++ programming language.
