Managed Services Recruiter

About the role

ACCPRO is seeking a driven Managed Services Recruiter to join its fast‑growing Managed Services division. You will be embedded in a high‑volume recruitment programme for a major client in North Dublin, handling end‑to‑end hiring for a defined set of roles while collaborating closely with on‑site hiring managers and the ACCPRO delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions – from brief to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers during on‑site days.
• Source candidates via direct headhunting, job advertising and existing networks.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates to deliver high‑quality shortlists.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in ACCPRO and client systems.
• Share market intelligence and best practices with the wider ACCPRO team.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost speed and quality.
• Meet agreed performance targets and service level commitments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously across various seniority levels.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership without micromanagement.
• Strong communicator who quickly builds trust with clients and candidates.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and able to prioritise under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems.
• Competence in standard office tools such as Microsoft Office.
