Management Accountant – Part Qualified (Finalist)

About the role

Join a fast‑paced finance team in West Dublin as a Management Accountant. This part‑qualified position offers broad commercial exposure, working closely with finance and operational stakeholders to support the organisation's financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Monitor financial performance across multiple workstreams and deliver commercial insights.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and cost control.
• Assist month‑end activities, including revenue recognition, accruals and work‑in‑progress reporting.
• Help meet audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase finance efficiency.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in management accounting, commercial finance or a project‑based environment.
• Strong analytical ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communicator comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, organised and able to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
