Manufacturing Test Engineer – Cork

About the role
The Manufacturing Test Engineer will design, implement and support test processes for our products at the Hollyhill site in Cork. You will work closely with design, hardware, software and operations teams worldwide to ensure high‑quality, efficient manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement test processes, including automated product testing.
- Drive continuous improvement of yield, UPH, order cycle time, cost, scrap, DPPM, CPK and other key metrics.
- Provide direction and support to technicians and production teams.
- Analyse test results and performance indicators to guide decisions.
- Create and release documentation for test procedures and results.
- Participate in new product projects for global rollout.
- Collaborate with Design, HW, SW and Operations teams across locations.
Required profile
- B.Eng(Hons) or M.Eng in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with hardware failure analysis.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with hardware and software technologies.
- Knowledge of telecoms or networking concepts is a plus.
- Project management experience.
