Night Linen Porter (Night Shift)

About the role

Staycity is looking for a Night Linen Porter to join its team and help shape the guest journey during the night shift. You will work from 11 pm to 7 am, ensuring the hotel’s laundry operations run smoothly and supporting housekeeping and front‑of‑house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control the in‑house laundry process, ensuring clean linen is available for guests.
• Work the night roster (11 pm – 7 am) and maintain accurate records of laundry activities.
• Assist housekeeping and front‑of‑house departments in following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a similar role is helpful, but full training will be provided.
• Adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to guest needs, feedback, and operational demands.
