Night Porter

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Night Porter and become an essential part of our friendly hospitality team. You will work the night shift, providing excellent guest service and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out as required and assist with luggage and porterage requests.
• Clean and maintain public areas including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floors, staff areas, and meeting rooms.
• Follow the nightly checklist to clean additional areas, set up function rooms and the breakfast area.
• Keep the front entrance and exterior tidy by emptying bins and removing rubbish.
• Understand and apply hotel fire procedures to ensure safety for staff and guests.
• Set up meeting rooms according to specifications.

Required profile

• Previous experience working with customers.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Team‑player attitude.
