About the role
Ballygarry Estate is looking for a dedicated Night Porter to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for overnight guests. This role combines guest service, security, and basic operational duties during the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests arriving late, handling check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
- Maintain the security and safety of the premises throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Perform basic housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's integrity, confidentiality, and standards at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
