About the role
Ballygarry Estate is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for guests during overnight hours. The role combines front‑desk duties with security and basic maintenance responsibilities, providing a safe and welcoming environment throughout the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist overnight guests, handling late check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
- Maintain security and safety of the premises during the night shift.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist with basic housekeeping and maintenance tasks as required.
- Uphold the hotel's integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
