Night Supervisor

About the role

The Montenotte, a luxury urban resort in Cork, is seeking a Night Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of service and safety during overnight operations. You will lead the night team, maintain the hotel’s ambience, and respond promptly to guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain luxury and quality standards consistently for all guests.
• Deliver excellent guest care throughout the night shift.
• Conduct departmental audits to ensure SOP compliance.
• Communicate the hotel’s Vision & Mission to the night team.
• Keep assigned areas clean, well‑maintained, and properly lit, with appropriate music and temperature.
• Report defective materials and equipment to relevant departments.
• Uphold a high level of security across the property.
• Act on guest feedback promptly and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Work a flexible schedule to provide uninterrupted service.
• Provide support to other hotel areas as needed.
