Night Team Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Night Team Supervisor to join The Heritage, a luxury hotel and award‑winning spa in the unspoilt Laois countryside. You will help ensure smooth overnight operations and maintain the high standards of guest service that define our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager in overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift.
• Complete relevant checklists and prepare function/conference rooms for the following day when required.
• Monitor front‑office activities and the hotel grounds, performing regular security walks.
• Ensure all exits are clear, locked and secured, and that guests have vacated the premises at closing times.
• Coach and train new and existing night‑team members and lead daily briefings.
• Report any incidents or maintenance issues immediately.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years supervisory experience within hospitality.
• Passion for delivering an exceptionally high level of guest service.
• Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
