About the role

This position offers an experienced Occupational Health Doctor the chance to move beyond routine clinical work and take on a strategic, leadership‑focused role within a growing occupational health provider in Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality occupational health assessments and advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to clinical governance, service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive innovation and support national‑level occupational health projects.

Required profile

• Qualified medical doctor with occupational health experience or training.
• Registered with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) – essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multiple industries.
