About the role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic part‑time bar staff member to work Friday through Sunday at our Drogheda location. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through high‑quality service and innovative drink offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Mix traditional and creative cocktails for guests.
• Process cash and credit‑card payments accurately.
• Clean glasses, bar utensils, and maintain a tidy work area.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift.
• Make drink suggestions based on customer preferences.
• Build rapport with regular customers to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum one year of bar‑related experience.
• Ability to work all shifts, including late finishes, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong food‑and‑beverage knowledge.
• Team‑player attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
• Capable of handling pressure during busy periods.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and cleanliness.
