About the role
Primark is looking for a People & Culture Advisor to partner with business leaders and support the full employee lifecycle. You will help create an inclusive, empowering environment where colleagues can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing tailored HR advice and coaching on best practices.
- Manage employee‑relations cases, ensuring fair, legally compliant outcomes while guiding managers.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to shape proactive recruitment strategies and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, engagement, and off‑boarding processes, continuously improving colleague experience.
- Use HR metrics and engagement survey data to identify trends, inform people plans, and design targeted interventions.
- Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives in collaboration with Centres of Excellence and People Services.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of HR experience, including coaching line managers and handling employee relations, performance, and talent management.
- Degree in HR or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong judgement, high ethical standards, and ability to manage confidential matters with integrity.
