Procurement Lead

About the role

GagaMuller is seeking a Procurement Lead to drive procurement strategy and execution for data centre projects on behalf of the client. Based in Dublin, the role will provide strategic oversight of consultant, contractor and supplier procurement, ensuring robust governance, competitive tension and alignment with project delivery objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with client cost, programme and risk objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes for consultants, contractors and specialist vendors, from market engagement through to contract award.
• Prepare procurement documentation such as PQQs, RFPs, tender packages, evaluation criteria and contracts.
• Coordinate evaluation processes, ensuring technical, commercial and programme considerations are assessed.
• Support negotiation of commercial terms, risk allocation and contract structures to protect client interests.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance procedures and internal approval frameworks.
• Act as the primary procurement interface between the client, commercial teams, technical teams and external bidders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement for high‑value, technically complex data centre or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence key commercial decisions.
• Experience establishing consistent procurement governance standards across multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites to support key milestones.
