Product Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company in Ireland. Embedded within a data‑savvy product team, you will partner with product managers to uncover user behavior, activation and adoption insights that drive product success.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated analytics partner to product managers, analysing product usage, user behaviour and feature performance.
• Conduct deep product analyses across activation, onboarding, retention and expansion to identify behavioural drivers.
• Provide cross‑product and segment‑level insights that inform roadmap decisions.
• Co‑develop hypotheses, design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor.
• Collaborate with engineering on event instrumentation, tracking design and data‑quality improvements.
• Translate complex data findings into clear narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively surface analytical opportunities and contribute to best‑practice methodologies across the product organisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data analysis within B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of analysing user funnels, activation metrics, retention drivers and feature adoption.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Proven ability to design, run and interpret A/B tests and product experiments.
