Production Operator – Weekend Day Shift

About the role

Join Dexcom’s manufacturing team as a Production Operator working weekend day shifts in a cleanroom environment. You will help produce life‑changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices, ensuring high quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi‑automated and fully automated production equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes.
• Carry out precise, dexterity‑based assembly work while maintaining consistent output.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and complete packaging, labeling, material movement, and data entry.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, documenting work accurately.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates for smooth shift handovers.
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
• Reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardized processes.

Required skills

• Operation of semi‑automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
