Project Architect I Data Centers

About the role

Corgan is seeking a dynamic Project Architect to join its Data Centres team. You will work alongside creative, highly motivated professionals to deliver innovative architectural solutions for large‑scale data centre projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate architectural and consultant construction documents, including redlining, detail review, QA/QC checks, and consultant coordination.
• Generate creative design solutions within project functional parameters and translate concepts into clear visual representations.
• Prepare and complete construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
• Assist in creating and managing project schedules and overall project fees.
• Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders and lead studio team members, providing mentorship.
• Proactively resolve issues between design, technical, and project objectives in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Maintain awareness of industry standards, codes, new methodologies, and products; attend and conduct presentations.
• Manage client relations and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• RIAI‑registered architect with 10+ years of commercial architecture experience, preferably in data centres.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale project teams and overseeing all design documentation stages.
• Strong background in construction administration, consultant coordination, and fee/schedule management.
• High commitment to QA/QC, attention to detail, and analytical problem‑solving.
• Excellent client‑facing and marketing abilities, with strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (strongly preferred).
• Experience with additional 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp).
