Project Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Project Architect to lead projects from the initial design phase through to construction completion. You will coordinate technical design information, ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning requirements, and act as the main liaison between clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept to hand‑over.
• Coordinate and produce technical design documentation.
• Ensure all designs meet Building Regulations and local planning approvals.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Manage project programmes, documentation and team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes and construction detailing.
• Proven experience delivering projects through construction and conducting site inspections.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience obtaining local authority approvals.
• Proficiency in Revit.
