Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Project Architect to lead a diverse portfolio of residential, healthcare, education, commercial and retail fit‑out projects. Based in Kildare with hybrid working, you will own projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed construction documents for a range of building types.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure all work complies with Irish building regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance to the design team and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain commercial awareness, budget control and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• Professional registration with RIAI or RIBA.
• Minimum 5 years post‑graduation architectural experience.
• Proven record of delivering projects from inception to completion on site.
• Experience in residential and/or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced use of AutoCAD.
