Project Architect – Lead Housing Design

About the role

We are an established architectural studio with over 30 years of experience delivering residential projects across Ireland. As a Project Architect you will lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring high‑quality design and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from design development through to construction delivery.
• Coordinate technical design information and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and planning requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress and manage project programmes.
• Maintain project documentation and oversee team coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Project Architect.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes and construction detailing.
• Proven experience delivering projects through construction and performing site inspections.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience obtaining local authority approvals.

Required skills

• Proficient in Revit.
