Project Architect - Leading Practice

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning design‑led architectural practice based in Dublin, is seeking a Project Architect to join their growing team. The role will involve working on a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, healthcare, hotel and hospitality projects, from concept through to construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development and documentation for multiple projects at various stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients to ensure design intent is delivered on site.
• Prepare and manage Revit models, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to design workshops and client presentations.

Required profile

• Member of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) or eligible for membership.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural practice experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and proven track‑record of meeting project deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information to diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑driven attitude with a “can‑do” mentality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
