Project Architect / Project Lead

About the role

We are a leading Irish architectural design studio seeking a talented Project Architect to lead projects from concept through on‑site delivery. The role combines strong technical expertise with hands‑on site management, ensuring projects meet design intent, schedule, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to align design and execution.
• Oversee on‑site works, manage timelines, and ensure quality control.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Registered Architect (RIAI or RIBA) with full eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience, including site‑based project delivery.
• Proven ability to run projects independently and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
