Project Manager – Clinical Studies

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with 3‑7 years of experience to lead the delivery of clinical studies for a company providing online solutions to the life‑sciences sector. Based in the South East Dublin area, you will act as the primary client interface and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of clinical studies, ensuring on‑time, in‑scope, and compliant outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing status updates, issue resolution, and expectation management.
• Coordinate device logistics, including shipments, inventory, and calibration compliance.
• Support client onboarding and configuration of the SaaS platform, working with technical teams to resolve issues and implement updates.
• Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across Operations, Technology, and QA/Compliance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and operational issues.
• Maintain documentation for internal governance, client requirements, and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 3‑7 years of project management experience, preferably in clinical research or life‑sciences SaaS environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, problem‑solving ability, and comfort working in a fast‑moving, complex setting.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
