Project Manager – Construction (Cork, Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for a well‑established company in Cork. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring health, safety, quality, schedule and commercial targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and execute construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review and coordinate construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and quality control throughout each project.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, BC(A)R and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and internal teams, reporting progress via Project Management Software.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in a relevant construction discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Motivated, collaborative and committed to continuous development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Project Management Software.
