About the role
Tate is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of data centre MEP projects across Europe, with a focus on liquid‑cooling integration. The role combines on‑site coordination, problem solving, and technical support to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery while upholding Tate’s sustainability standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee design, integration and execution of MEP product sets, emphasizing liquid‑cooling solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide the Sales team with accurate data to price opportunities competitively.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and suppliers to ensure technical specifications are met.
- Travel to client sites to manage installation, resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management within data centre or construction environments.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, partners and internal teams.
- Ability to work on‑site and travel as required.
