Receptionist – Guest Services

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Receptionist and be the first friendly face that welcomes guests at our hotels. You will play a key part in delivering smooth check‑in experiences, handling enquiries, and supporting the front‑desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm first impression.
• Register guests, process payments, and issue room keys while ensuring security.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Take and confirm reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desirable but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard front‑desk software or property management systems (if mentioned in interview).
