Recruitment Coordinator (4‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a four‑month fixed‑term contract to join its People Team in Dundrum, Dublin. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will help manage the day‑to‑day recruitment workflow and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Post and advertise job vacancies on approved job boards and the company careers page.
• Screen applications against role criteria and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide general recruitment administration support to deliver an excellent hiring experience.

Required profile

• Ability to support day‑to‑day recruitment administration and coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing, omni‑channel beauty brand.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with posting jobs on online job boards.
