Regional Sales Manager – New Business Sales

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the New Business Sales team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions. You will guide Account Executives across SMB, Mid‑Market and Enterprise segments, helping customers adopt LinkedIn Sales Navigator to accelerate their sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business.
• Develop and execute scalable sales processes, accurately forecast pipeline, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share market insights and shape product and marketing strategies.
• Drive client success by creating tactics that build strong, long‑term relationships.
• Identify and circulate best‑practice frameworks to support the growing team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in a SaaS or high‑growth environment.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building diverse talent pipelines.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills (French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
