Registered Architect – 3-5 Years Experience

About the role

This is a hands‑on, full‑lifecycle position within a well‑established multidisciplinary consultancy. You will be involved from early design concepts through to project completion, working closely with colleagues across architecture, surveying, sustainability and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development and production of technical documentation.
• Attend design meetings, conduct site visits and liaise with clients and consultants.
• Ensure projects comply with Irish planning and building regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior team members as the practice grows.

Required profile

• RIAI registration with 3‑5 years post‑registration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish planning and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Full clean Irish driving licence and access to a car.
