Registered Architect – Dublin

About the role

Ruumi Studio is seeking a recently chartered architect to join its growing Dublin team. You will work on live commercial, workplace, retrofit and industrial projects, contributing from concept through to technical delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions for commercial and industrial projects.
• Produce construction documentation using Revit, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve design issues early to avoid costly rework.
• Collaborate with founders and senior staff on strategic decisions and project direction.
• Participate in client meetings and present design proposals.

Required profile

• Recently Part 3 qualified and registered on the RIAI register.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with an eye for detail.
• Ability to balance creative design thinking with rigorous technical execution.
• Curious, coachable and eager to develop a personal design voice.

Required skills

• Fluent use of Revit for design and documentation.
• Familiarity with BC(a)R building regulations (a plus).
