About the role

As a Popeyes Restaurant Manager you will oversee daily operations at the Naas location, delivering an outstanding customer experience, high‑performing team dynamics, and exceptional food quality while upholding Applegreen’s core values of collaboration, inclusivity, freshness, fun and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service that drives customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Manage fast, efficient preparation, cooking and service operations.
• Develop labour schedules within budget and monitor shift efficiency.
• Conduct key item stock checks and track waste to optimise inventory value.
• Implement promotions and strategic sales initiatives to increase spend per transaction.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new team members.
• Maintain strong communication with the team and external partners.
