Key responsibilities

• Maintain and uphold all hotel and restaurant standards at all times.
• Promote the best possible guest experience and drive satisfaction scores.
• Train, guide and coach team members to develop their skills and performance.
• Ensure visible management presence during service periods to support staff and address issues promptly.

• Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong team player able to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and able to deliver high‑quality service.
